Awakening to Blissful Sleep: How Referrals are Rescuing Tired Parents

Today, I want to talk about a lifeline that many of my clients stumble upon when they're at their wits' end: referrals from others parents..

Picture this: you're in the thick of sleep deprivation, stumbling through the days with dark circles under your eyes and a constant fog in your brain. 

Every night feels like a battle, and you're starting to wonder if you'll ever get a full night's rest again. 

Sound familiar? You're not alone.

Many of my clients come to me feeling like they've tried everything and are convinced they are doomed with a “bad sleeper”. 

But then, like a beacon of hope, a friend or family member swoops in and suggests something they never even considered: hiring a sleep coach.

It's like a lightbulb moment - suddenly, there's a path forward, a way out of the exhaustion spiral they've been trapped in.
