Sleep Shaping for Newborns (0-6 months)

Sleep Shaping is recommended for Newborns that are not yet rolling, which is typically 0-5 months. We proceed with Sleep Training once the child is rolling and showing signs of readiness for learning their sleep skills. The Sleep Strategy Session is where we make the proper assessment whether Sleep Shaping or Sleep Training is appropriate for your child.
