We co-create your individualized sleep plan, one that is developmentally appropriate for your child’s age, stage, and temperament. This also factors in your family’s schedule, values, and parenting approach.
STEP 3: PREPARE

Prepare is where we start to lay the foundation for Gentle Sleep Coaching®. [+]

This is a three to seven-day window for you to create an optimal learning environment for your child. This includes making gentle, sequential changes to your child’s sleep setup and schedule, which is customized to your goals, values, and family logistics.
STEP 4: IMPLEMENT

Next...the magic happens! We implement and make science-based, step-by-step adjustments to your sleep plan on a day-to-day basis. [+]

I guide you every step along the way, help manage expectations, offer targeted coaching and encouragement, and answer questions for greater clarity and confidence.
