What to Expect with Customized Sleep Coaching

All of our customized sleep coaching follows the five steps of the Blissful Baby Stairway to Sleep.

STEP 1: LEARN

✔ An in-depth review of your child’s Blissful Sleep Profile and daily sleep logs

✔ Access to our private client portal

STEP 2: PLAN

✔ A 2 hour customized Consultation to review and prepare for sleep coaching

✔ Your personalized Sleep Report with actionable insight based on your child’s age, stage, and temperament

STEP 3: PREPARE

Tailored homework to complete in a three- to seven-day window for you to create an optimal learning environment for your child. Suggestions include making gentle, sequential changes to your child’s sleep setup and schedule, which are aligned to your goals, values, and family logistics.

One-on-one Launch Call on Night 1 of the Sleep Coaching Process. Plan for 60 minutes for this call to give you specific directions on exactly what to do on the onset of sleep and how to handle every wake-up and feeding through the night.

STEP 4: IMPLEMENT

✔ The first 4-5 nights of sleep coaching are the most critical nights to lay the foundation for sleep success. You will benefit from 4-5 daily one-on-one check-in calls during the first 4-5 nights of coaching.

Live coaching calls every 2-3 days during your designated sleep coaching package to give you help on the spot.

✔ We will review Daily Sleep Logs with step-by-step suggestions for the next night of sleep.

STEP 5: ACHIEVE

✔ A 60-minute Finishing Touches and Celebration Call to review your journey, answer any last-minute questions, and relish in your child getting blissful, beautiful sleep!

Ongoing Sleep Support (protect blissful sleep through leaps, regressions, illness, etc.)

Receive ‘next steps’ action plans and schedules for the next sleep stage in your child's sleep evolution.

If you ever need more ‘talk time’, additional support calls may be purchased in as 2 call/1 hour package. Additional support calls must be used within 60 days of purchase.

Payment options include segmented payment plans.
