This session is not a one-size-fits-all solution. This session is about giving you honest, reliable insight into what’s happening with your child’s sleep and helping you determine the best path forward. 

Not to worry, I will never suggest any ‘cry-it-out’ methods. I offer an alternative to “cry-it-out” methods that are based on sleep science, behavioral science, and attachment theory.

    • Complete a detailed Sleep Strategy Session Form to provide background on your child’s sleep patterns, routines, and challenges.

    • I will be the best “sleep detective” you have ever seen investigating your unique family situation.

  •  Expert Analysis and Honest Insight:

    • In a 60-minute live recorded session ($150), Joanna will help you:

      • Identify the root causes of your child’s broken sleep.

      • Understand what’s realistic and achievable for your family’s unique situation.

      • Gain perspective on what it takes to move toward better sleep.

  • Guidance on Your Next Steps that is NOT “cry-it-out”:

    • Explore what styles/methodologies are available for your sleep goals that also fit parent’s preferences, timelines and work/life obligations. 

    • Not every one needs the same level of sleep support to solve the sleep challenges:

      • Explore if a “do-it-yourself” approach is right for your family?

      • Explore if in-depth support and accountability via personalized One-on-One Sleep Coaching is the right for your family?
